Pricing With the Scope on the Page
Most agencies in this category quote privately, which means three discovery calls before you know if you can afford the work. Our three plans are published below with the deliverables attached.
Custom work has a custom price, and we say which parts those are instead of hiding the whole sheet.
All prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. First term is three months, then month to month. No setup fee.

SEO Audit, Quoted per Site
An audit price that fits a 40-page site is wrong for a 4,000-page one. We scope the audit on a 20-minute call and send a fixed price before any work starts.
| Scope | What it covers | Typical site |
|---|---|---|
| Focused Audit | Technical crawl, indexation, on-page issues, Core Web Vitals, and a prioritized fix list | Under 200 URLs |
| Full Audit | Everything in Focused, plus content decay analysis, keyword cannibalization, internal link architecture, backlink profile and competitor gap | 200 to 2,000 URLs |
| Enterprise Audit | Everything in Full, plus multi-domain and multi-language handling, migration risk review, log file analysis and a developer-ready ticket set | Over 2,000 URLs, or multi-region |
What every audit includes
- A prioritized fix list ordered by revenue impact, not by severity score
- Each item written as a ticket a developer can pick up without a follow-up call
- A 60-minute walkthrough call with the person who ran the audit
- The raw crawl data, so you can rerun it yourself later
What it does not include
- Implementation. We can quote that separately, or your team can run the list.
- A 90-page PDF. The deliverable is a working document with owners and dates.
Audits are one-time projects with no retainer attached. If you later start a plan, the audit fee is credited against your first month.
One-Time Sprints
For teams who need a specific piece of work rather than a monthly program.
| Sprint | What you get | Timeline | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| ICP and Messaging Sprint | ICP document, messaging framework, objection handling, and a positioning statement your sales team can use | 2 weeks | Quoted |
| GTM Strategy Sprint | Positioning, channel priorities, funnel architecture and a 12-month growth roadmap | 3 weeks | Quoted |
| Programmatic SEO Project | Data model, page template, 50 to 500 generated pages, indexation plan | 4 to 8 weeks | Quoted |
| Brand Positioning Sprint | Category story, narrative, naming guidance, and a messaging house | 3 weeks | Quoted |
| Website Copy Project | Homepage, up to 6 product or solution pages, and 2 landing pages | 3 to 4 weeks | Quoted |
| Content Refresh Project | Audit and rewrite of decaying posts, batched by traffic loss | 2 to 6 weeks | Quoted |
Sprints are fixed-scope and fixed-price. You get the price in writing before we start, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Add-Ons for Any Plan
| Add-on | Detail | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Extra blog post | Same specification as your plan tier | Quoted per piece |
| Editorial link placement | SaaS publications with real editorial review, no PBNs | Quoted per placement |
| Case study | Customer interview, draft, design-ready copy | Quoted per study |
| Newsletter | Written and scheduled, up to 4 issues a month | Quoted monthly |
| Video script | 60 to 90 second product or explainer script | Quoted per script |
| Additional language | Localized, not machine-translated | Quoted per language |
How This Compares to Other B2B SaaS Agencies
We are cheaper than most of this category, and it is fair to ask why. Two reasons: the team is small and founder-led, and we do not carry the account-management layer that sits between you and the work.

| ScaleVelora | Orange Owl | growth.cx | Typical US SaaS agency | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Published pricing | Yes, three tiers on this page | No, quote based | No, quote based | Rarely |
| Entry price | $399 a month | Their site says smaller specialized retainers usually start at $2,000 to $5,000 a month | Not published | $3,000 to $15,000 a month per 2026 industry pricing guides |
| Minimum project size | 3 months | Clutch lists a $1,000 minimum project size | Not published | Commonly 6 to 12 months |
| Scope of services | Content, SEO, AI search, GTM strategy | Their site lists GTM strategy, brand positioning, content, SEO, social and performance marketing | Their site describes full-service demand generation, paid, content and web | Varies |
| Who does the work | The founder plus a small SaaS-only writing team | Not published | Their site states one to two clients per specialist | Account manager plus assigned pod |
| Delivery model | Founder reviews every piece | Not published | Their site describes weekly reviews and monthly reports | Varies |
Competitor details above come from each company's own site and Clutch profile, checked in August 2026. Neither Orange Owl nor growth.cx publishes plan-level pricing, so treat the ranges as their stated guidance rather than a quote. Check their current pages before you compare, because agency pricing moves often.
A lower price buys a smaller team, and that matters. If you need paid media management, event marketing, sales development or a 12-person pod, a larger agency is the better call. We do organic content and search, and we say no to the rest.
What We Do Not Do
Being clear about this saves a bad quarter later.
- Paid media buying and ad account management
- Cold email and outbound sequences
- Sales development or SDR work
- Full site design and development builds
- Video production and editing
- PR and analyst relations
We can recommend people for these, and we do not take a referral fee for it.
Pricing Questions
1. Are these prices monthly or one-time?
Monthly. Each plan is a recurring retainer with a three-month first term, then month to month.
2. What happens after the first three months?
You move to a rolling monthly agreement with 30 days notice. No annual lock-in, no auto-renew surprise.
3. Can I switch plans mid-term?
You can move up at any time and the change applies from the next invoice. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current term.
4. Why is the price lower than most SaaS content agencies?
The team is small, founder-led, and does not carry account managers or a sales floor. We also decline paid media and design work, so there is no bench to fund.
5. Is there a free trial or a paid pilot?
There is no free trial. The free 30-minute GTM audit is the closest thing, and you keep the written output whether or not you sign.
6. Do I own the content if I leave?
Yes. Every asset, document, dashboard and template is yours from the day it ships, with no license conditions attached.
7. What is the cheapest way to start?
The Starter plan at $399 a month, or a one-time SEO audit if you only want a diagnosis. The audit fee is credited against your first month if you start a plan later.
8. Do you offer performance or equity-based pricing?
No. Organic results depend on your product, pricing and sales follow-up as much as on our work, so tying the fee to closed revenue would misprice both sides.
