Built by a Marketer, Not a Salesperson
ScaleVelora exists to close one gap. At almost every SaaS company, the people who set the strategy and the people who write the content never speak to each other.
That gap is why good positioning turns into generic blog posts.
Dear SaaS founders and marketing leads,
I spent five years inside B2B SaaS owning the full content funnel. Keyword strategy, briefs, drafts, edits, publishing, and the pipeline report that went to leadership at the end of every month.
Most recently I owned organic growth end to end inside a B2B SaaS company. Before that I worked on content programs where the same pattern kept repeating.
The pattern was this. Someone senior would run a positioning exercise, produce a good ICP document, and then hand it to an agency that never read it. Three months later the blog was full of posts about industry trends nobody searched for.
I watched teams pay $8,000 a month for that.
The problem was never writing talent. The problem was that strategy and execution lived in two different buildings, with an account manager carrying messages between them.
So I built the agency I wanted to hire. One person sets the strategy. The same person reviews the draft. Nothing gets lost in the handoff because there is no handoff.
I also decided to publish the prices. Agencies in this category quote privately, which turns a simple budget question into three discovery calls. You should be able to read a page and know whether we are affordable.
Here is what I will not do. I will not sell you a channel you are not ready for. If your product has no retention yet, content will not save you, and I would rather say that on the first call than take the retainer.
I work with a small number of companies at a time because the work only holds up at that size. When that number is full, I say so.
If you want a partner who reads your ICP document, argues with your positioning, and then writes the pages that convert, that is what this is.
With that,
Jayvion
Founder and Head of Strategy, ScaleVelora
Where the Experience Comes From
| Years in B2B SaaS content | 5+ |
| Most recent role | Senior Content Marketer in B2B SaaS |
| Owned end to end | Keyword strategy, briefs, production, publishing, pipeline reporting |
| Categories worked in | Sales engagement, email infrastructure, IT operations, security and analytics |
| Content types shipped | Comparison pages, alternatives pages, listicles, pricing pages, product guides, case studies |
ScaleVelora launched in 2026, so the track record above is what I built inside other companies rather than under this brand. Ask for writing samples on the first call and I will send real published URLs.
What We Believe
Pipeline Over Pageviews Traffic is a means, not a result. We report MQLs, demos booked and pipeline influenced, because that is the number your board asks about.
Strategy Before Execution Content without a foundation is expensive noise. ICP, messaging and funnel architecture come first, every time.
Say It When It Is Not Working If a topic cluster is not converting after a fair run, we kill it and say so in the report. Quiet failure costs you more than an uncomfortable call.
Compounding Assets A comparison page keeps producing pipeline for years. We build assets, not campaigns.
Published Prices You should know what we cost before you meet us. The pricing page carries the scope, not just the number.
Small on Purpose We take on a limited number of clients because the quality drops the moment we do not. When the roster is full, we say the roster is full.
How an Engagement Actually Runs
Who We Work With
We work only with B2B SaaS companies, usually between $0 and $20M ARR, selling to a business buyer with a considered purchase.
We have worked deepest in sales tooling, email infrastructure, IT operations, security and analytics. If your category is unfamiliar, we will say so before quoting.
We turn down B2C, ecommerce, crypto and anything where the buyer decides in under a day.
Questions About Working With Us
1. Is ScaleVelora one person or a team?
Jayvion leads strategy and reviews every deliverable. A small group of B2B SaaS writers and an SEO specialist handle production under that review.
2. Will I work with the founder or an account manager?
The founder. There is no account management layer, which is part of why the pricing works.
3. How many clients do you take at once?
A small number, capped so that founder review stays real. When the roster is full we say so and offer a start date instead.
4. Do you have case studies?
Not under this brand yet, because the agency launched in 2026. Ask on the first call and you will get published URLs from work done inside previous companies.
5. Where are you based and which time zones do you cover?
We work with US and European B2B SaaS companies, with calls scheduled inside your working hours rather than ours.
6. What if it is not working after three months?
You leave with everything, including the strategy documents, dashboards and every published asset. There is no clawback and no renewal trap.
